Out of department courses; one internship/practicum ; independent studies; thesis; SIRLS courses not in a distributed elective group; transfer courses you wish to apply towards your graduation requirements (a total of six credits is allowed to be transferred and counted as part of your 36 credit requirement). Courses must be approved by the SIRLS academic advisor, be from an ALA accredited institution, and not be more than six years old upon graduation from SIRLS.) Please note: No more than one grade of “C” may be accepted for required classes for graduation. The grade of “C” may not be earned in a core course nor a distributed elective.
