Getting Help on Campus
- Tom Wilding (wilding@email.arizona.edu) and Polly Lindeman Mitchell (plmitch@email.arizona.edu) share the responsibility of advising for all MA students, and they should be the first people to contact when you need assistance; however, faculty members also have a strong desire to be helpful, and you should know that there are other organizations on campus that are here to help you when things go wrong.
- UA "Ombudsperson" Problem Resolution Committee
An Ombuds can help you deal with problems you might have with the University. They are here to provide an informal means of problem resolution if you have a University-related dispute. An Ombuds is not empowered to change a decision, but through intervention or a clarification of matters, information may emerge to assist in the resolution of the dispute.
